Dallas rookie DeMarco Murray in the record book
The only drama in the end this was a rookie Marco Murray will set the Dallas Cowboys' franchise rushing record, a remarkable feat considering that this is the way of Tony Dorsett Hall of Fame to the NFL rushing king Emmitt Smith.

Murray really pulled it off, running through a crappy St. Louis Rams defense for 253 yards, including an early 91-yard touchdown that got Cowboys went 34-7 victory on Sunday in Arlington, Texas.

Murray ran for more yards in the NFL this season and the ninth most in league history. His goal was the second longest in team history, topped only NFL-record 99-yarder on Dorsett in January 1983. He also had the most yards ever against Baranov, replacing Jim Brown on the list.

PACKERS 33, Vikings 27 (Minneapolis) - Aaron Rodgers Green Bay went undefeated with three touchdowns and 335 yards passing, holding off a valiant Minnesota rookie Christian Ponder.

Ponder was shot twice in the third quarter, Charles Woodson. Adrian Peterson rushed 24 times for 175 yards and a TD.

Broncos 18, Dolphins 15, OT (in Miami) - Tim Tebow rallied the Broncos for two touchdowns in the final 2:44 of the fourth quarter to force overtime and a 52-yard field goal gave Matt Prater Denver incredible victory over winless Dolphins.

FALCONS 23, LIONS 16 (Detroit) - Matt Ryan ran and threw for a touchdown to give the double-digit lead Atlanta in the first half and the Falcons held.

On the final drive in Detroit, are interference penalty against Atlanta was canceled because the replay showed defensive tackle Corey Peters was tipped ball.

BEARS 24, Bucs 18 (at Wembley, England) - Matt Forte ran for 145 yards and a touchdown, and Chicago was held at Wembley Stadium.

Jay Cutler threw for 226 yards and a TD and intercepted Josh Freeman bears four times to win their second consecutive game.

Panthers 33, Redskins 20 (in Charlotte, North Carolina) - Cam Newton ran for the touchdown and threw it in the second half to spark Carolina.

Newton threw for 256 yards and ran for 59 more. He ran for his seventh goal in the 16-yard keeper in the third quarter, tying the record for rushing TDs by the number of freshman defender from the 1970 NFL AFL merger.

Texans 41, TITANS 7 (in Nashville, Tenn.) - Arian Foster ran for 115 yards and two touchdown and added 119 more receiving yards with 78 TD as Houston returned to first place in the AFC South.

Titans running back Chris Johnson had 18 yards on 10 carries.

CHIEFS 28, Raiders 0 (in Oakland, California) - Kendrick Lewis and Brandon Flowers returned interceptions for a touchdown and the Chiefs took advantage of rusty play defender Kyle Boller from Carson Palmer and beat the Raiders.

Browns 6, Seahawks 3 (Cleveland) - Phil Dawson converted two goals in the field of more than 50 yards and the other two are blocked, but it was enough for Cleveland.

SAINTS 62, Colts 7 (New Orleans) - Drew Brees completed 31 of 35 passes for 325 yards and five touchdowns as the New Orleans set a franchise record for points and victory margin.
