Amanda Bynes Arrested For DUI


Actress Amanda Bynes was arrested early Friday in Los Angeles area community of West Hollywood on suspicion of drunk driving after her car hit the car the sheriff, police said.

Bynes, 26, was taken into custody about 3:00 am after her black BMW apparently struck the patrol car Los Angeles County sheriff, who was stopped at the intersection of Lieutenant William Nash Station West Hollywood police.

"There was minor damage to the transfer of paint on both cars. Study was conducted on the spot, and ... Bynes was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol," Nash said.

No one was injured. The representative of the actress was not immediately available for comment.

Bynes began her acting career in his childhood in various Nickelodeon TV show "All That", where its success led to another series named after her, "Amanda Show".

After starring in the TV series "What I like about you" and win a prize in the children aged 15, segued Bynes in the movie with titles such as "What a Girl Wants," "She's a man" and "Easy A." She has worked with such Emma Stone, Colin Firth and Harry Connick Jr.

Bynes and motivation in singing, contribute two songs for the soundtrack to the 2007 film "Hairspray," which she also starred.

In 2010, Bynes has announced its decision to withdraw from acting at age 24, tweeting that she no longer loves to act.
