Dick Clark is an American businessman not only this he is also a famous television personality. Recently is going to serve as a host at the 2009 – 2010 New Year’s Eve Live Ball Drop and now start new year with him has become a TV tradition for many people. Dick Clark’s New Year’s Eve Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest and the theme of ball is “Let There Be Courage.” And as soon as 2010 arrives the ball has 32,000 lights on it waiting to be lit and Keri Hilson, Orianthi, Robin Thicke, Justin Bieber, and Jennifer Lopez will also perform.

Clark is best known for the game show Pyramid and Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve and also for American Bandstand. He is also very popular for his youthful appearance in “America’s Oldest Teenager”. Since 1972 Clark celebrates New Year Eve at Time Squares but his health condition has slowed him down but he said:

“I wish my delivery was crisp and clean, but due to my stroke I’m happy that Ryan Seacrest now carries the heavier load.”

He also said in an interview today:

“I still enjoy the honor of sharing in so many people’s annual celebration.”
