Beyonce Divorce:

Internet searchers have been going crazy as people seek to find out the truth about Beyonce and Jay-Z, music's power couple.  Is there a Beyonce divorce being initiated with her hsuband Jay-Z?  The good news for Jigga is that he's still got his "hottest chick in the game" by his side, and the two are happily married.  The bad news is that his mother-in-law, Beyonce's mom Tina Knowles, is getting a divorce from her husband Matthew Knowles.

Tina and Matthew have been married now for 29 years, but Tina has chosen to go her separate way now.  She filed divorce papers just last month in Texas.  Earlier rumors had speculated that Matthew Knowles was hit by a paternity suit from an unnamed woman, but those rumors have been dismissed as false by both family and publicists.

Tina has played an integral role in her daughter's career.  For the longest time she has served as a costume designer for both Destiny's Child and her daughter's own wardrobe.  She is also a stylist and a principal in House of Dereon, the fashion line she and daughter Beyonce launched back in 2004.

Beyonce's father Matthew has also been very important in his daugter's career development.  He quit a job at IBM about 20 years ago to start managing "Girl's Tyme" the group which eventually became Destiny's Child.  He also shares producer credits on the 2009 film "Obsessed" starring Beyonce, and is a founder Music World Entertainment, which has released albums by Beyonce and former Destiny's Child members.
