Jyoti Basu dies at 95: Senior CPI-M leader and former Chief Minister of West Bengal Jyoti Basu has reportedly died today. Though, it’s yet to be officially announced.

According to the news reports coming from different sources reveal that Basu died at CMRI hospital today around 1.30 p.m.

The death news of the iconic figure will be shocking to many of his followers as he was the pioneer of Leftist movement in India.

Basu was admitted to CMRI, two days back. The condition of 95-year-old Marxist leader Jyoti Basu turned “very critical” today in the morning.

At the same time, he was was put on a ventilator after developing acute breathing problems. Several party leaders reportedly reached to the CMRI so far.
