Orange County Florida-Congresswoman Suzanne M. Kosmas Orlando office told the Orange County Conservative Examiner that the Congresswoman made her position known yesterday in a press release in full support of the bill despite calls, emails and faxes from her constituents. Voters were urged by Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh to call their Representatives and make their voices known.


The ladies of the Mary Martha Sunday school class at the First Baptist Church of Apopka took heed. Lorraine Welch and Lou Dail manned the phones urging church members to call their Congressman and Senators to voice opposition of H.R. 2454. Representative Kosmas will have a formidable force opposing her reelection in 2010.


Kosmas voted “Yes” on Vote 86: H R 1105: Omnibus Appropriations Act, 2009, the Obama stimulus bill, to the dismay of many of her constituent in Florida (Dist. 24). Interesting note on Kosmas is that she has missed seventeen (17) votes during her six months in office.
