Oklahoma authorities said Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Justin Blackmon was arrested on a charge of aggravated DUI after he was allegedly three times the legal amount of alcohol in his body.

Stillwater police spokesman Capt. Randy Dickerson says 22-year-old former star of Oklahoma, was arrested early Sunday morning.

Dickerson says the Breathalyzer test showed Blackmon was three times the legal amount of alcohol in his body.

Jaguars Blackmon developed with the fifth selection in the NFL draft this year in hopes that it can update the worst crime of the league.

Jaguars spokesman Dan Edwards said that the team is aware of the report and gather information.

Blackmon was released from prison after noon on Sunday at the $ 1,000 bond.

Payne County Sheriff's Sgt. Brandon Ingham said prison records do not list a lawyer.
